Job Description Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Pet restraint, triage incoming patients, collection and analysis oflab samples, diagnostic imaging, management and nursing care ofmedical and hospitalized cases with varying degrees of stability,administration of medications, effective communication of treatmentplans with clients, surgical preparation and assistance, andanesthetic management. Must be able to withstand unpleasant odorsand noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste andpotentially contagious diseases. QualificationsWe’re looking for: An experienced Veterinary Assistant

• with aminimum of 1-year experience Compassionate, calm team playerAbility to multitask Strong communication skills Must be able toproperly restrain pets Proficient in sample collection, obtainingmedical histories, processing laboratory tests and radiographs, and-anesthesia monitoring are a bonus!
