Job Summary:
We are looking to add a full-time Veterinary Technician Assistant to our amazing team. We prioritize exceptional animal care and client satisfaction while also providing a supportive clinic environment with an emphasis on learning. Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians in exam rooms
Able to accurately perform basic handling such as restraint
Help maintain clean exam rooms, treatment area and surgical suite
Patient intake and discharges
Submitting samples and scheduling of diagnostic procedures
Educate clients on animal care, wellness, and preventative care
Maintain medical records with accuracy and professionalism
Qualifications:
Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication/customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to handle animals with care and compassion.
