Duties:

Assisting with sterile surgical procedures including prepping, scrubbing, circulating, surgical suite set-up, Developing anesthesia plan with doctor, administration of anesthesia medications, anesthesia monitoring and patient recovery Assisting with taking radiographs including proper placement and knowledge of patient positioning Performing diagnostic testing and lab work Starting appointments for doctors including taking history from clients, gathering vitals and presenting patient information to doctor Discharging patients including client education of at home care, medication instructions, etc. Performing other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities Exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills Positive attitude Must be able to multitask and thrive in a team environment Prior knowledge of Idexx laboratory machines and Cornerstone Veterinary Software preferred Basic Microsoft programs knowledge

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift patients up to 40lbs throughout the workday with or without reasonable accommodations. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to frequently lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push and squat

Education and Experience:
