Bay Road Animal Hospital is seeking compassionate, motivated individuals to join us in a hybrid role combining the essential responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and a Veterinary Assistant . What You’ll Do:

This hybrid role allows you to make a meaningful impact on both ends of the leash—supporting our clients with warmth and professionalism at the front desk while assisting our veterinary team in providing top-notch care behind the scenes.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Welcoming clients and patients with kindness and empathy
• Checking patients in and out of appointments
• Managing phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining medical records
• Assisting veterinarians and technicians with exams and treatments
• Providing support with animal restraint, cleaning, and patient care tasks
• Ensuring a clean and organized hospital environment
• Educating pet owners on general pet care and post-visit instructions What we are offering!

• Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person!
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
• A positive attitude and eagerness to grow
• A friendly, upbeat personality and a love for both pets and people
• Experience with Shepherd software is a bonus!
