Veterinary technician/assistant Position Available In Huntingdon, Pennsylvania

Veterinary technician/assistant needed for four days per week for 34-38 hours. Only one later evening and no weekend duty. Job includes preparing patients for examinations and/or admission, administering vaccinations, injections, and oral medications, animal restraint, assisting with anesthesia and monitoring patients, maintenance of equipment -surgical, laboratory, etc, instructing and educating clients on medications and treatment recommendations, preparing prescriptions and laboratory specimens, scheduling, making phone calls, and cleaning job areas. Experience helpful but not required.
