Veterinary Assistant/Technician Main Line Urgent Vet Ardmore, PA 19003 Veterinary Technician or Assistant – Main Line Urgent Vet Main Line Urgent Vet is a new, independently owned urgent care veterinary practice opening in August on the Main Line. We provide compassionate, same-day care for pets who need to be seen quickly but don’t require an emergency hospital. About the Role We’re hiring Licensed Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants to support our doctors in delivering high-quality, urgent care to pets in need. Key Responsibilities Assist with exams, treatments, radiographs, and in-house diagnostics Perform safe and gentle patient handling, triage, and sample collection Support surgical and procedural care; anesthesia monitoring and oversight Communicate clearly with pet owners and teammates Maintain accurate medical records and assist with discharge instructions Help keep the clinic clean, organized, and running smoothly What We’re Looking For Prior experience in a veterinary setting (urgent care or ER experience is a plus!) Licensed technicians (LVTs) and experienced veterinary assistants welcome Strong communication and critical thinking skills Comfort with fast-paced work, multitasking, and flexibility Positive attitude and passion for pets Schedule & Hours Our hours will be Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM. Our virtual waitlist closes at 7:00 PM, but team members may sometimes work beyond closing to ensure all patients receive the care they need.
