Vet Assistant/Technician, Tech/Assistant 2.8 2.8 out of 5 stars 395 Susquehanna Trail, Watsontown, PA 17777 Animal Emergency Center is an AAHA-Accredited Emergency Hospital located in Watsontown, PA. We are searching for full-time Veterinary Technicians and assistants to provide high quality patient care and high quality service to our clients. Experience is required.
Applicants should be proficient with:
obtaining vital signs animal restraint IV catheter placement venipuncture digital radiology techniques in-house blood analyzers/lab procedures monitoring anesthesia Applicants must be able to work in a fast paced environment, and work well both independently and as part of a team. In addition to strong technical skills, a positive attitude and excellent client communication skills are a must. Must be eager to learn, as you will be trained to use our advanced diagnostic equipment. Must be reliable, and display a professional demeanor amongst clients and colleagues.
