Full Job Description Job Overview Position:

Veterinary Technician or Assistant We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Veterinary Technician or Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our veterinarians and fellow team members to deliver exceptional, high-quality care to our animal patients.

Preferred Qualifications:

High-Quality, High-Volume (HQHV) spay/neuter or wellness experience Experience with Fear Free handling techniques is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare animals and equipment for surgery Monitor anesthesia and assist during surgical procedures Provide post-operative care and recovery monitoring Administer medications orally and via injection Gather samples and run laboratory tests Assist in exam rooms: take patient history, record weight & temperature, and support exams Accurately document and update patient medical records to support quality care Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms, patient kennels, and treatment areas Safely restrain and lift cats and dogs of all sizes, with or without assistance Educate clients and provide outstanding customer service We value team players who are passionate about animal care and committed to continuous learning.
