In this role, you will be responsible for the care and well-being of animals in our facility, ensuring they receive the attention and support they need. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animal care, excellent customer service skills, and experience in handling various breeds of dogs and other pets. Responsibilities Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, grooming, and exercising. Maintain cleanliness in the kennel area to ensure a safe and healthy environment. Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to veterinary staff. Assist with basic veterinary procedures and animal restraint as needed. Support pet owners by providing excellent customer service and answering questions regarding their pets’ care. Participate in training sessions for dogs as required. Ensure all animals are properly identified and accounted for during their stay. Assist in administering medications as directed by veterinary staff. Qualifications Experience in animal care or a related field is preferred (e.g., veterinary technician, veterinary assistant). Knowledge of dog training techniques is a plus.
