Passionate Feline CSR Affectionately Cats of Williston 60 Commerce Street, Williston, VT 05495 Do you have a passion for cats? Affectionately Cats Feline Veterinary Hospital , located in Williston, VT, is proud to be Vermont’s only feline-exclusive veterinary practice. We are currently seeking an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our dedicated and growing team. This position will begin on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into full-time for the right candidate. Ideal candidates will bring the following qualifications and experience:

Required:

Availability to work rotating Saturdays A strong background in customer service, with a client-centered approach A minimum of 2 years of experience in the veterinary field AAFP Cat Friendly or Fear Free handling certification or demonstrated skills Proficiency in patient triage, both in-person and virtually Experience handling financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism Familiarity with maintaining comprehensive digital medical records Knowledge of DEA and OSHA compliance is a plus Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent time management and organizational skills Why Join Us?
