In this role, you will work closely with our DVM team to support the delivery of high-quality, empathetic care to our patients. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values the human-animal bond, and is committed to providing comfort, safety, and respect to every pet and client we serve. Key Responsibilities Assist veterinarians during examinations, diagnostics, and medical procedures Safely and compassionately handle and restrain animals of various sizes and temperaments Administer medications and treatments under the guidance of licensed staff Monitor animal behavior and health, reporting any changes promptly Prepare animals for surgery, including assisting with catheter placement when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and low-stress environment throughout the clinic Support basic care tasks such as feeding, bathing, and exercising animals Ensure proper sanitation of exam rooms, kennels, and equipment Greet clients, schedule appointments, and assist with front desk responsibilities as needed Adhere to aseptic techniques and safety protocols at all times Perform other supportive duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualities Current Veterinary Technician License Proficiency in low-stress animal handling techniques Working knowledge of aseptic practices for clinical procedures Basic computer experience. Cornerstone experience is a plus, but not required.
