With the support of their technicians,assistants, and liaisons the hospital teams work closely togetherto deliver the highest quality of care.

About You:

We stronglybelieve that veterinary medicine is a team sport, and our idealcandidate is someone who feels the same. The ideal candidate forthis role is comfortable with anesthesia, various drug calculationsand protocols, and excels at anesthetic monitoring. Previousexperience with venipuncture, IV catheter placement, as well asrestraint are also crucial for this role. Experience with CPR,EzyVet and Smartflow are an additional plus, but not required. Wehighly value collaboration from all staff members, so please speakup, as your input is not only valued but can make a difference. AVTS (Anesthesia and Analgesia) is highly desirable (not required)and would receive additional compensation.

Compensation:

$20.00-$29.00/hour dependent upon experience Anticipated schedule:4- or 5-day work week with 1 weekend day required (preferablySundays). 10-hour shifts (shifts can rotate between 6am-4pm /7am-5pm / 8am-6pm / 9am-7pm) Optional on-call (great for additionalincome) What’s in it for you?

Requirements Experience with common induction agents/anestheticagents/analgesia agents Ability to calculate CRIs and perform othermedical math Experience with ventilators Experience with specialtyanesthesia (emergent procedures specifically) is a must Can readECG, capnograph and respond appropriately Knowledge on how and whento use a non-rebreather circuit Knowledge when to react with BPreadings and what to do in each situation Skilled in timemanagement with an understanding of the importance of table timesMust be 18 years or older to apply.
