We are a large, and growing AAHA accredited mixed animal practice with 9 doctors; planning to move to a new building upon its completion in January, 2026. The standard of care practiced at Countryside exceeds most clinics, so our team members are passionate about client education, recommending the best medicine, providing fear free care, and creating a strong bond between our clients and patients. We are looking for positive, outgoing, preferably experienced technicians, who enjoy working with pets of all types and their owners to fill an outpatient or inpatient technician position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work with Doctors, technicians, and client care representatives to facilitate the efficient operations of the exam room and treatment. Greet clients and patients, prepare treatment plans, SOAPS; leverage the Doctor by preparing the room, (equipment, vaccines, rabies tags, charges entered, samples collected, etc.), make appropriate recommendations, help with daily call backs, assist in maintaining medical records, and calculate drug doses, venipuncture, cystocentesis, IV catheter placement, caring for hospitalized patients, handling emergencies, assisting surgery technicians, and performing radiographs.
