• Animal HealthCare Center has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Veterinary Technician to join our dedicated AAHA-accredited 3-doctor team! If you have a passion for surgery and dentistry, strong leadership skills, and are ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you! This role has a heavy focus on surgery and dentistry, requiring advanced dentistry experience along with expertise in surgical induction and monitoring. As our Lead Technician, you’ll play a key role in creating protocols and procedures, leading training efforts within our technical team, and ensuring top-tier patient care.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive pay: $21-$23/hour (based on experience) Bonus package: $500 – $2,000 based on credentials CE allowance: Up to $1,000 for Credentialed Technicians Health insurance: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans available (with HSA option)

Required qualifications and skillset:

3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting Proficiency in the following skills: Surgical assistance including induction, monitoring, and post-op recovery Dental prophylaxis, extractions and radiographs Blood draws and IVC placement IV/IM injections Join our exceptional team at Animal HealthCare Center, located in the heart of western Palm Beach County, Florida.
