Your Role:
As a Veterinary Technician, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, working under the supervision of our experienced veterinarians.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with physical examinations and gathering patient history. Monitoring and recording vital signs. Administering medications, vaccines, and treatments. Performing diagnostic tests (blood work, urinalysis, radiographs). Providing emergency first aid and stabilizing critical patients. Educating clients on pet care and treatment plans. Maintaining accurate medical records. Safely restraining animals for procedures. Assisting with surgical procedures and post-operative care. Keeping our clinic clean and sanitized.
Schedule:
Full-time, 30-40 hours per week OR Part-time, 25-29 hours per week Evening shifts (3 pm – 1 pm), with required weekend availability (Saturdays or Sundays). The first 30-60 days of training are done during day shifts. Once the initial training is complete, the transition to evenings will begin.
