The position requires ability to lift 40 pounds alone (or more with help), take direction, multitask, work in a team environment, and provide the best care for our clients and their pets. General duties include providing care for boarders and hospital patients, feeding and watering, walking, cleaning, bathing animals, washing dishes and laundry, assisting the veterinarian and technician. General housekeeping and stocking hospital and our pet store is a must. Candidate should have strong organizational, and excellent communication skills. Applicants must be able to interact with clients, and patients in a professional manner. Animal handling experience with aggressive animals is a plus. Dependability, flexibility, and a great attitude are required. Experience is preferred but we will train any qualified applicant.
