  • Your Role as a Lead LVT In this leadership role, you’ll have the autonomy and support to: Mentor and train Veterinary Technicians and Assistants while building a strong, positive team culture.

Lead workflow management across surgery and outpatient care. Shape hospital protocols and SOPs for consistency and efficiency. Elevate patient care through proficiency in anesthesia, surgical prep, and especially dentals, including dental radiographs. Be the glue between departments, ensuring seamless communication across medical and client service teams. Play an active role in leadership training and building team camaraderie. You’ll be encouraged to bring your ideas, build team spirit, and help shape the culture in meaningful ways, strengthening an already cohesive and grateful team.

  • What We’re Looking For Active LVT license in NY State 4+ years of clinical experience (open to less experience for the right passionate leader) Strong proficiency in surgery and dentistry Natural mentor with a drive to lead and inspire Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Passion for continued learning, growth, and high-quality medicine
