Our facility is home to board-certified expertsin Surgery, Emergency & Critical Care, Internal Medicine,Neurology, Oncology, Cardiology, and Dermatology . What You’ll Do As the EmergencyLead Technician , you’ll play a key role in overseeing day-to-dayoperations on the emergency floor while delivering high-levelnursing care. This is a leadership position that blends hands-onclinical responsibilities with mentorship and team coordination. Inthis role, you will: Provide top-quality emergency nursing care ,including triage, diagnostics, and treatments Mentor and coach teammembers to develop technical and communication skills Coordinatedaily staff assignments and direct team members to maintainefficient treatment flow Ensure all end-of-shift responsibilitiesare completed before staff departure Participate in the trainingand onboarding of new team members Maintain accurate controlleddrug logs and complete daily checks in EzyVet Act as a key liaisonbetween ER technicians, assistants, and hospital leadership Monitorand manage daily staffing needs , scheduling updates, and shiftcoordination Support and uphold all hospital policies, protocols,and safety standards Attend leadership meetings and contribute toongoing improvement initiatives Anticipated Schedule This is afull-time position
Wednesday-Saturday:

CVT/LVT/RVT
