What You’llDo As a Veterinary Oncology Technician at MVA, you will be at theheart of patient care, supporting both pets and their people oftenduring challenging times. In this role, you will: Prepare andadminister chemotherapy , targeted therapies, and supportivemedications following strict safety protocols. Monitor patientspre- and post-treatment, carefully tracking vital signs, potentialside effects, and overall comfort. Collaborate with oncologists andfellow technicians to develop and update personalized treatmentplans, ensuring the highest standard of care. Provide compassionateclient communication , including education about treatment options,home care, and ongoing symptom management. Assist with diagnosticprocedures such as blood draws, imaging (radiographs, CT, MRI), andsample collection for cytology or histopathology. Support theemotional well-being of clients and team members, recognizing thesensitivity and challenges involved in oncology cases. Anticipated Schedule This is a full-time position with thefollowing available schedules:

Wednesday & Thursday:

Requirements What We’re Looking For We’re seeking VeterinaryOncology Technicians who excel in a specialized environment and aredriven by a passion for advanced patient care.

Our ideal candidatehas:

1 years in a specialty, oncology, or high-volume veterinarysetting Holds a current

CVT/LVT/RVT
