Veterinary Technician and Receptionist Position Available In Washington, Pennsylvania

Veterinary Technician and Receptionist Pittsburgh Mobile Veterinary Services Canonsburg, PA 15317 Pittsburgh Mobile Veterinary Services and Clinic is hiring! We are currently hiring a Veterinary technician who also would like to do reception work as well. Join our dynamic team, collaborating closely with Dr. Meneo, providing personalized veterinary care for dogs and cats. With our unique mobile service’s there is opportunity to work on the road assisting dogs and cats in their driveways with our state-of-the-art equipment, including digital X-Rays and an in house surgical suite alongside an Abaxis in-house blood machine. We also have work from home opportunities for reception duties. Coming soon we will also have a building in Canonsburg, PA. Please inquire within for more details.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology, procedures, and medications
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Proficient computer skills for managing appointments, records, and invoices
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with animal husbandry, pet grooming, dog training, and animal restraint techniques is a plus
• Understanding of laboratory procedures and aseptic technique is beneficial
