Our 30 minute appointments also allow the time needed to develop a strong relationship with our loyal clients and pets. Carolina Forest Veterinary Hospital has been serving the Myrtle Beach community for 15 years and recently moved into our new, modern 9,000 sq ft facility. Our services include wellness exams, general medicine, soft tissue injury, and orthopedic surgery including referralsfrom surrounding hospitals. We offer state of the art equipment including digital radiography, dental suite with dental radiography, ultrasound,
laser therapy, IDEXX in-house labs, and more. Interested in learning more? today! Position Skills:

Professional client communication and education obtaining medical histories and symptoms
Laboratory procedures including but not limited to: hematology, cytology, urinalysis, microbiology, blood chemistry, and fecals
Diagnostic imaging and implementing safety protocols of fellow staff members
Nursing skills including: restraining patients, administering medications PO/IV/SUBQ/IM, applying and maintaining bandages, proficient IV catheter placement and venipuncture, surgery prep, anaesthesia monitoring
Proficient in dental prophylaxis

Position Requirements:

Veterinary Technician Certification or Licensure (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT) or the ability to transfer credentials from state to state.
