We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Technician with a DVM or equivalent veterinary degree to join our dedicated team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our veterinarians in delivering high-quality medical care and ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist veterinarians in diagnosing and treating animals. Perform routine procedures such as vaccinations, wound care, and laboratory tests. Handle and care for animals pre- and post-surgery, ensuring their comfort and safety. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Educate pet owners on wellness, nutrition, post-treatment care, and preventative health. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment and surgical areas. Support in emergency situations and provide critical care when required. Collaborate with the team to maintain a calm, caring, and professional environment.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree (required). Valid license to practice veterinary medicine in [insert state/region] (or eligibility to obtain). Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of animal behavior, anatomy, and pharmacology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
