About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and relationship-driven Account Manager to support and grow a portfolio of client accounts. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for small business clients, overseeing funding activities, managing account health, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll play a critical role in helping businesses thrive by offering timely financial solutions, building lasting relationships, and proactively managing risk. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of 10-15 client accounts Manage daily account activity, including invoice verification, credit checks, and transaction approvals Monitor client performance and ensure account compliance and funding eligibility Provide responsive, tailored communication to meet client needs Assist in collection of past due invoices and ensure healthy account collateral Collaborate across teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support new client onboarding Offer funding solutions in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Contribute insights to refine account management and client service practices Ideal Candidate 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related customer-facing role Experience in factoring, financial services, or collections is a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with high emotional intelligence and personal accountability Comfortable analyzing financial data and navigating compliance-related processes Why Join Us?
