OneStream islooking for an experienced, proactive sales professional to manageand grow existing customer relationships through subscription renewals and expansion, uplifts andcross-selling of additional solutions. The role will be responsiblefor strategic planning and account management across a designated salesterritory and will be expected to take full ownership within this territory. This role will successfully retain and grow theexisting solution footprint and meet and ideally exceed the quota. The ideal candidate will have a strongunderstanding of SaaS sales and a proven track record in sales within an existing account base.
Please note, travel may be requiredup to 50% or more to meet sales objectives and company events.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Opportunity Identification:
Proactively identify new salesopportunities within the existing customer base by understandingtheir evolving needs and challenges and OneStream’s valueproposition.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Introduce additional products orservices that meet the evolving needs of our customers, drivingupsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Internal Reporting:
CRM knowledge transfer, sales pipelinemanagement, and proposal preparation.
Self Sourced Pipeline:
Grow pipeline via direct efforts /prospecting, as well as via business partners such as CustomerSuccess, Business Development, Marketing, and Alliances. Be Business Partner to your

Provide proactive andconsultative guidance that will add value to their businessobjectives, ensuring high retention and net revenue growth forOneStream. This is executed by developing a thorough understandingof your customers’ position in the market, their product/service,points of difference and competitive landscape.

Articulately and effectively convey theOneStream value proposition via written, virtual and in- personpresentations, by leveraging custom business cases, marketingassets and customer success stories. Enable your
Customer Champions:
Prepare joint business casesthat align prospects’ and customers’ business objectives withOneStream’s solutions and value proposition and leverage them insales cycles to establish and build alignment to support revenuegeneration. Achieve sales targets. Develop and execute business plans to achieve salestargets. Accurately track and forecast sales opportunities. Grow pipeline via direct efforts / prospecting, as well as viabusiness partners such as Customer Success, Business Development,Marketing, and Alliances. Ensure timely and accurate knowledge transfer across internalteams, such as Business Development, Pre-Sales, Alliances, andCustomer Success, as well as to external collaborators such asCustomers, Prospects, and Alliance Partners. Assess prospects’ and customers’ needs for OneStream offeringsvia research, discovery sessions and solution demonstrations. Prepare joint business cases that align prospects’ andcustomers’ business objectives with OneStream’s solutions and valueproposition and leverage them in sales cycles to establish andbuild alignment to support revenue generation. Prepare proposals and SaaS agreements to prospects andcustomers to drive sales. Identify opportunities for OneStream use case expansion withincustomer accounts to drive additional revenue. Develop comprehensive proposals in response to client andprospect requests. Required Education and Experience Minimum 3-5+ years’ experience as a sales manager, salesrepresentative or a related occupation specifically in B2B sellingacross the Enterprise accounts. Candidates with less years ofexperience but strong business development skills will also beconsidered. Proven track record in hitting quota and retentiontargets. Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize andrespond quickly. Negotiation skills as it relates to renewals, upsell,cross-selling and additional solution add-ons. Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, and CRM systems. Experience working in a consultative capacity with C-levelcustomers on complex SaaS solutions. Extensive customer service experience in assessing andevaluating customer needs and satisfaction and meeting specifiedstandards with respect to products and services. Exceptional oral and written comprehension, communication andpresentation skills. Experience demonstrating, promoting, and sellingproducts/services. Knowledge and experience with marketing/sales strategy andtactics. Knowledge of administration, business, and managementprinciples. Experience with MS Office and SFDC, and other analytical orproject management tools. Extensive experience working in a team environment. Track record of exceeding revenue goals.
Preferred Education andExperience University Degree or College Diploma in Sales, BusinessAdministration, Marketing or a related field. Prior sales experience in the software industry, especiallywithin the CPM/EPM industry. Experience with Salesforce is preferred. Working knowledge of Accounting, Finance and CorporatePerformance Management. Prior experience working in the Public Sector, specific toHigher Education.
