We are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Executive and help usgrow and build lasting relationships with our retail accounts. Inthis role, you will be tasked with expanding our retail customerbase in your assigned territories, driving sales, and ensuring thesatisfaction of our retail partners. This role demands acustomer-centric strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and aperson capable meeting (and exceeding!) sales targets. Responsibilities Sales Growth & Strategy:

Work with other members of the Sales Team to develop and executesales strategies to increase revenue within assignedterritories. Identify new market opportunities and trends to expand brandpresence and customer base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, includingprospecting and cold calling potential clients.

Account Management:

Manage portfolio assigned accounts, including order management,addressing customer inquiries, sales forecasting, and inventorycontrol. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients,ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Trade Shows and Travel Manage sales agreements, and oversee account-specific promotionsand sales initiatives. Meet with new and existing customers in SSCO showrooms, customerheadquarters, and at trade shows to sell the SSCO seasonal apparelcollection and discuss trends, marketing needs, and growthopportunities with accounts. Support customer accounts with the sell-through of product(merchandising assistance, in-store events, etc). Develop and strengthen new/existing customer relationships byvisiting customer store locations regularly.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competition,and customer demands to identify new market opportunities andgo-to-market strategies. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the managementteam, providing insights and recommendations regarding inventory,sell-thru, product performance, and future assortmentpurchases. Provide weekly recap to the Leadership Team on business developmentactivities

Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketingstrategies and materials. Assist with the creation of content to support sales growth: photoshoots, product videos, etc. Collaborate with product dev teams to ensure product offeringsalign with market needs and customer preferences.

Customer Relationship Management:

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, orrelated field. 5-7 years of experience in retail sales, wholesale sales, oraccount management in the apparel industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience developing, managing, and expanding new markets.
