Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-oriented, sales-minded and results-driven Inside Sales and Business Development Representative with two years of qualified experience with a technical background and proven skill to identify, qualify, and close technology deals with existing clients. This role blends consultative sales, technical understanding, and data mining to build pipeline and revenue. In this role, you will work closely with potential clients to understand their technology needs and present tailored solutions that enhance their operations. Pay structure is Base Salary Plus Commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, identify, and qualify leads within government and education sectors (municipal, county, K-12, and higher education). Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients and introduce [EF Partners]’ technology services and solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Walk clients through the benefits of our technology services. Manage the CRM platform to record and track sales activity with prospects and clients through the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining a pipeline of opportunities. Track and report on sales metrics and performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met. Stay up to date on industry trends, technology solutions, and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in inside sales for technology services. Public sector, or related industry experience may be considered. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build relationships and effectively manage client expectations. Comfortable working with CRM systems and other sales tools. Highly motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
