Primary Purpose The Regional Account Executive is responsible for supporting andexpanding client relationships within designated territories,delivering efficient and scalable solutions for local and regionalclients By focusing on proactive client management and deliveringtailored services, the Regional Account Executive will driveaccount retention and revenue growth. The role involves engagingwith clients to understand regional requirements, coordinating withinternal teams for effective service delivery, and maximizingsatisfaction through consistent follow-up. Essential Functions Cultivates and strengthen relationships with existing accountsand builds relationships with new clients, making educatedrecommendations on product offerings, and ensuring client needs aremet Prospect and generate leads for target accounts to increase newrevenue Mine existing parent accounts for service expansionopportunities Wins new projects and sites from existing parentaccounts Identifies and pursue opportunities to convert competitorcustomers to our products Increases product and unit sales outside of initialscope Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure equipmentavailability, timely delivery, and proper servicing Manage account plans within assigned regional/localterritories, identifying growth opportunities and implementingstrategies to improve client satisfaction and retention Meets or exceeds regional revenue goals Provides tailored solutions that align with client requirementsand maximize cross-selling or upselling within accounts Drives relationship for clients in the region/locally, ensuringeffective communication, problem resolution, and proactive supportfor ongoing projects Works with internal teams to coordinate service delivery,address any client service issues, and ensures consistent clientexperience Presents recommendations and service options to clients todemonstrate product benefits, pricing, and value-added servicesavailable within the region Leverages company offerings, providing solutions to a widerange of issues and tailoring service to client needs Meet or exceed established sales quotas Lead the sales process from initial contact through proposal,negotiation, and finalization, ensuring smooth transactions andclient satisfaction Maintain in-depth knowledge of the full range of solutionofferings Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycleand post-sales Stay informed about industry trends and developments Allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes and clientsatisfaction Approximately 35% travel Have reliable transportation to visit clients or potentialclient sites Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range $69,200.00 – $103,800.00 / year Pay Transparency Statement At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum andmaximum base pay for the posted position applicable to alllocations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individualpay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills,experience, education, and certifications.
