JOB DESCRIPTION

The Champion Home Health Care Account Executive is responsible for generating business from referral sources to meet our agency growth goals. The Account Executive conducts personalized visits to priority referral sources and represents the agency in community events.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Drive growth by spending time in the field developing referral relationships that result in referrals (most of time is spent in the field). Develop new and ongoing referral relationships with targeted accounts for the purpose of increasing referrals and achieving business growth goals. Demonstrate effective communication with the agency team and referral sources. Educate referral sources and community regarding the referral process and our differentiators. Understand the philosophy of the private duty model. Account Executive must also be current on local industry trends to represent and differentiate services in the local market. Communicate the benefits of private duty home care services to both referral sources and consumers. Submit required reports and documentation, within the established time frames of sales activity. Satisfactory compliance with Champion Home Health Care background check criteria. Use company resources to ensure an appropriate return on investment. Illustrate knowledge of major competitors and differentiators. Compile marketing plan by assessing community needs, marketing strategy/objectives, identifying key accounts and the development of specific marketing action items with measurable goals. Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, business management or communications. A minimum of one year experience in home care industry. Experience with public speaking (in addition to presentation skills). Proficiency with use of Internet, Email, and Axis Care, Cellular Phone, Voicemail and Texting Ability to work well with others. Ability to form relationships and maintain rapport with referral sources. Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently and diplomatically (both orally and in writing). Must maintain a well-groomed professional image. Ability to remain flexible and calm. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and follow through activities with time constraints and interruptions to meet deadlines.
