If you’re driven, personable, and looking for real growth potential—this is your opportunity. What You’ll Do Call on construction businesses to grow and maintain strong relationships. Receive and follow up on company-provided leads, while actively prospecting for new clients. Meet and exceed monthly sales and rental goals using proven CRM tools, Facebook, and other sources. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to post-sale follow-up. Represent the company at events, trade shows, and even client dinners. Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth and professional buying process. Stay sharp—continually grow your product, market, and industry knowledge.

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record, preferably in construction equipment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Outgoing, personable, and hungry to build lasting relationships.
• Knowledge of construction equipment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• A desire to grow within the company—this role has promotional opportunities.
