The ideal candidate will have a solid background in medical or healthcare sales, with a focus on promoting and selling respiratory products and services to healthcare providers and institutions. A Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is highly preferred, as clinical expertise adds valuable insight to the role. Candidates should be well-versed in all aspects of hospital-based respiratory sales or have experience in related industries such as Home Health, Infusion, or similar fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving referral growth by promoting core services to high-demand referral sources. Additionally, they should demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed budgeted goals through strategic business initiatives and by mentoring the Branch Clinical Respiratory Liaison sales team. Hollywood, FL and nearby areas within a 50-mile radius or approximately a two-hour drive Summary The Account Executive is a key company representative and Senior member of the Branch Sales Team. In the role of Account Executive, the AE will support the Director of Sales in mentoring the Branch Clinical Respiratory Sales team in building relationships with referral sources such as: Physicians, Case Managers, Respiratory Therapy Departments, Dietitians, Payors, Providers, Corporations, Unions and Managed Care organizations. Responsibility includes assessing opportunities and utilizing internal and external resources to solidify relationships that will increase profitable net revenues to meet budget objectives. Requirements
Experience working with health systems selling respiratory services
Must have medical sales experience
A respiratory therapist with a current RCP state licensure is a plus
Valid driver’s license and good driving record of 3 years minimum
Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills. Must be self-motivated
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with referral source and physician expectations
Must have adequate PC skills to use e-mail and update nursing notes and other documentation electronically in a timely manner
Strong work ethic and desire to serve our referral sources and patients and to grow the business
Able to work longer than normal hours with little or no notice, as needed Job Responsibilities Supports the Director of Sales with the development and implementation of Clinical Programs with best practices in assigned market
Evaluates referral sources satisfaction and develops branch opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
Initiates and develops good working relationships with referral sources and physicians to drive increased referrals
Maintains strong knowledge of PromptCare’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensures that they are applied consistently
Maintains compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and SOPs at all times
Conducts activities with a mindset of delivering “white glove” service to the referral sources and patients/family members
Projects a positive attitude at all times with referral sources and patients/family members and gets involved in PromptCare’s employee activities
Attend staff meetings, teleconferences and patient care conferences as needed
Understand and follow PromptCare’s employee policies and procedures

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. Requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing 20 pounds at minimum and no more than 35 pounds.
