AT&I’s greatest strength is our people, and we are actively recruiting an Account Executive who can identify, qualify, and develop new customer opportunities by creating market awareness of AT&I products and services. As an Account Representative in a B2B sales role, the ideal candidate will be actively seeking new business and building relationships with prospects while maintaining relationships and connections with their existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for selling physical security equipment (security cameras systems, access control systems, etc.) and services to dedicated accounts. Work with decision makers to assess their needs, gain agreement on a business case, explain why we are uniquely qualified, and obtain customers’ decision time frame. Prospecting and building relationships with new clients that result in installation or servicing opportunities. Maintaining relationships with existing clients that result in installation or servicing opportunities. Collaborate with designers/estimators, sales engineers, subject matter experts, program/project managers, and partners as needed to create and deliver winning proposals. Performing consultative site surveys, system design, estimating, and proposal writing. Knowledge and Skills High School diploma required; a 4-year degree or trade school certification is preferred. Must have a minimum of 2 years of outside B2B consultative sales experience. Electronic security industry knowledge is preferred. Basic skills in Microsoft Office. Performance-minded, self-confident & dynamic. Goal-oriented salesperson who exhibits a competitive spirit. Desire to learn, understand, and apply solutions to customer challenges. Ability to build customer confidence and cultivate business relationships. Highly self-motivated and driven.
