POSITION SUMMARY
At Max Home Inspections, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about building relationships and supporting the needs of others. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving growth through referrals by building strong relationships and educating real estate agencies about our company. This is a fast-paced, fun, energetic position focused on engagement with our agents, leads, and past agents as we continue to push the envelope on emerging marketing efforts in a competitive home inspection environment. The Account Executive should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, brand stewardship, and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing, advertising, and real estate is critical. A degree of creativity is required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing agents based within an assigned sales territory. Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers. Continually meeting or exceeding goals by delivering presentations and developing new referrals. Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of marketing materials. Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events. Prospecting for new leads and converting cold and warm leads to referral sources. Creating, delivering, and scheduling presentations in-person at real estate offices Represent MHI at industry events to share our mission. Contact prospects in the form of cold-calling, emails, and social networks. Utilize our CRM system and other technology to maintain an accurate record of all leads and agents. Attend industry events and promote as requested. Responsible for providing communications and messaging for trade shows and other events. Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Extensive experience in creating, spotting, anticipating, and converting opportunities for growing the business. Strategic, assertive, and flexible to drive intentional, iterative plans in a fast-paced environment. Excellent writing, organizational, planning, and communication skills Ability to work in a deadline driven environment. Exceptional customer service skills and attention to details Supportive of team success without recognition
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation within an 80-mile radius of your location.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Real Estate, home inspection or related field experience Bachelor’s degree Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
