Responsibilities Own the sales process from qualified lead to signed contract Pitch our screening services to decision-makers (property managers, board members, HR directors) Identify pain points and present custom solutions Manage follow-ups, proposals, and CRM updates Collaborate with leadership to hit monthly revenue goals Qualifications Proven experience as an account executive, B2B closer, or inside/outside sales rep Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills Comfortable presenting to executives and owners Organized and goal-oriented with CRM experience (we use HubSpot) Experience in property management or HOA industry is a plus!
Compensation:
Base Pay:
$17-$22/hour (depending on experience)
Commission:
Tiered with no cap. Earn up to $1,200+ per closed account Growth opportunity: Bonuses, potential leadership track
