The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the commercial cleaning or property management industry. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This position is salary plus uncapped commission structure.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial cleaning sector. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Develop and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our services and capabilities. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning, property management related industries. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
