The Account Executive positiongrows revenues by maximizing sales through managing the day-to-dayrelationship of the assigned book of business to maximizeopportunities and ensure representation of the Spectrum brand whileprotecting the overall customer experience.

Youwill be responsible for Account Management and Partnerships thatwill allow you to collaborate closely with strategy execution,field sales operations, and support of assigned indirect retailers•
WHAT OUR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES ENJOY MOST
Provide account management including but not limited to:audits, field visits, training, business reviews, product knowledgesupport, customer concerns, brand compliance, andmerchandising. Conduct regular meetings, training, and account reviews withassigned partners while ensuring they are maximizing Spectrumsales, as well as meeting quality standards and KPIs. Maintain knowledge, and ensure delivery and understanding ofcurrent products, services, promotions, offerings, etc., toassigned partners. Work with our Operations, Strategy, and divisional teams toensure alignment with department and Company objectives. Coordinate and assist with special events, and overseestaffing, merchandising, and sales execution. Conduct side-by-side selling of Spectrum services to customersat retailer’s locations, train and develop retailers. Prospect new business for quality partners that will representSpectrum professionally and drive incremental sales volume.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications Experience:
Related experience/training or equivalentcombination of education and experience
- 5-7
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-yearcollege/university or equivalent experience
Abilities:
Sales presentation skills, problem-solvingcapabilities, organized and demonstrated initiative Practical written, verbal, and interpersonal communicationskills Ability to work independently Technical skills: Comfort utilizing Microsoft Office Suite,including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Travel:
Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record,auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
Schedule:
Travel frequently within the assigned territory. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings/weekends,and adjust the schedule as needed based on assigned partners’ needsand to maximize sales opportunities.
