Learn more Position Summary We’re seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our team and drive company growth through new business development and strategic account management. This is a full-cycle sales role for a highly motivated professional with a hunter mentality and a passion for solution-based selling. As the first sales hire for ADW in the Jacksonville market, you will operate independently to identify and cultivate opportunities, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients seeking automatic door and access control solutions. Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in converting on strategic sales and business development opportunities. Gain deep knowledge of ADW’s offerings, preferred manufacturers, and product tiers. Identify, target, and secure contracts in key customer verticals. Oversee day-to-day sales activity and collaborate with service teams to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction and quality of work. Manage the full sales process including lead generation, quoting, close, and customer support. Deliver automatic door solutions tailored to client needs and specifications. Build and maintain long-term relationships rooted in trust and service excellence. Become fully proficient in ADW’s quoting tools and CRM. Participate in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and forecasting. Leverage data insights to identify opportunities and improve strategy. Required Qualifications 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in automatic door solutions, access controls, or commercial construction. Strong technical background in the automatic pedestrian door space. Strong design, quoting, and bid management skills. Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and solution-based selling.
