Recourse Communications is partnering with is partnering with a leading equipment provider to find a Customer Account Manager who thrives on building trust, understands the equipment industry, and is ready to develop a loyal customer base. What You’ll Do:
Manage a protected sales territory in the Sebring area. Call on a mix of current and former customers to re-engage, build, and grow relationships. Receive qualified leads from the company and convert them into long-term partnerships. Use CRM tools and sales checklists to guide and document your process. Sell and rent construction and agricultural equipment while delivering a top-tier customer experience from start to finish. Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth and professional buying process. Stay sharp—continually grow your product, market, and industry knowledge.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record
- High school diploma or GED.
- Outgoing, personable, and hungry to build lasting relationships.
- Knowledge of construction equipment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- A desire to grow within the company—this role has promotional opportunities.

Up to $3,000/month during your first 3 months
