We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Account Executive to join our team. About the Role We are looking for a driven Regional Account Executive to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing accounts. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives on independence and enjoys the challenge of prospecting and closing new business. While prior laboratory sales experience is preferred, we welcome candidates who have existing relationships with clinicians in specialties such as gastroenterology, urology, dermatology, podiatry, endocrinology, ENT, interventional radiology, general surgery, breast surgery, plastic surgery, treatment centers, surgery centers, and hospitals. This field-based position involves calling on 15-20 prospective clients per day, identifying their needs, and delivering high-quality, cost-effective laboratory solutions. You’ll work with integrity, aligned with our company culture, and receive best-in-class mentorship, sales leadership, and ongoing training to support your success. Key Responsibilities Prospect and network with new clients through cold calling, warm leads, and referrals Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with current accounts Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management Conduct market research to identify opportunities and industry trends Present and demonstrate laboratory services to prospective clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations Communicate consistently with sales leadership and work independently in the field Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred), ideally in sales, business, or a related field 5+ years of medical sales experience (laboratory sales experience strongly preferred) Existing relationships with healthcare providers in the region is a major advantage Proven ability to meet or exceed growth and sales targets Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software Compensation & Benefits Industry-leading, highly competitive base salary (discussed during the interview) Uncapped, lifetime commissions on accounts Annual productivity bonus 401(k) retirement plan Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off (Monday-Friday schedule; no weekends) Company vehicle with gas expenses covered Company-provided phone, laptop, and conference expenses Paid continuing education courses and seminars If you are an experienced, confident, and highly motivated sales professional ready to grow with a rapidly expanding company and benefit from outstanding compensation and resources, apply now .
