Our specialized Workday Practice partners closely with Workday Account Managers, leveraging qualified leads to deliver innovative, competitively priced solutions that drive long-term client success. We’re seeking a results-driven Account Executive with 2+ years of experience in sales or account management — ideally in time clocks, time and attendance, or workforce management. This high-impact role requires no cold calling . You’ll work inbound opportunities generated through our Workday partnership and internal marketing, joining a fast-growing team with a strong pipeline, best-in-class solutions, and consistent revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Engage inbound leads from the Workday partnership, align solutions to client needs, and build strong relationships with internal teams and Workday stakeholders. Leverage LinkedIn and digital channels to stay top-of-mind with prospects and support long-term growth. Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and tailored presentations to guide solution selection. Communicate the value of our offerings, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Maintain accurate CRM records, manage timely follow-ups, and track pipeline activity. Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction. Stay organized and focused on meeting individual and team sales goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field). 2+ years in B2B Account Executive or Account Manager roles. Experience with time clocks, time & attendance, or WFM solutions is a strong plus. Proficient with CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.). Quick learner with strong technical aptitude and communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging via LinkedIn, email, and phone. Self-driven, collaborative, and goal-oriented.
