    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Sell finance & insurance (F&I) product lines to meet targeted goals while effectively overcoming objections
  • Maintain rapport with current customers through regular visits and evaluate their needs for new opportunities
  • Identify non-F&I opportunities and coordinate with the Insurance Specialist to estimate growth volume and qualify prospects
  • Assist in training F&I Managers within dealerships to ensure they are knowledgeable about Ally’s products
  • Complete administrative assignments and stay informed of competitors and market trends
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Retail dealership or auto-dealer-interfacing experience in a B2B sales capacity
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision-makers
  • Strong business management, presentation, and relationship selling skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; industry designations are a plus

  • Experience in a customer-facing sales role within the financial services or automotive industry
