You will be joining ThreatMate at a unique time. The market for attack surface management tools is not only growing significantly, but it also presents significant blue ocean opportunities. While we displace competitors, we also empower MSPs with a platform to continuously manage the cyber risks of their clients’ networks. Position Summary Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for driving sales in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? We’re looking for an Account Executive to play a pivotal role in our sales team, turning inbound and outbound leads into long-term partnerships. Reporting into the VP of Sales, you’ll spend your days leading client-facing demos, connecting with prospective customers, and crafting tailored solutions to meet their needs. Beyond closing deals, you’ll help shape the future of our sales team — mentoring new Account Executives and Business Development Representatives while refining our sales strategy for continued growth. What You’ll Do Take charge of the full sales process, starting with engaging prospects and providing strategic consultation, to understanding their needs, clearly communicating the value of ThreatMate, and closing deals. Your ability to handle this process efficiently will be crucial to our continued growth and success. Performing compelling product demonstrations for prospective clients to showcase our value. Closing both inbound and outbound opportunities with a strong focus on consultative selling. Attending industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate fresh leads and market presence. Regularly track, report, and analyze sales activities, progress, and results to meet performance metrics and quotas. Play a key role in training and mentoring new Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. Stay ahead of the curve in the fast paced world of MSPs by staying up to date on current industry trends and behaviors to adapt sales strategies and approaches accordingly. Work closely with other cross functional teams and contribute to refining our sales process further to enhance the customer experience. Who You Are 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales targeting IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Proven success in consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth.

Enthusiastic about traveling for conferences, networking events, and client engagements through North America (and occasionally internationally), building a strong presence in the industry.

Compensation:

$75,000 base salary + up to $75,000 commission plan ($150,000 OTE).

This role will be a hybrid position, located in Tampa, FL.
