Reporting to Originations Leadership, this position participates in comprehensive training sessions that cover mortgage industry fundamentals, regulatory compliance, loan products, customer engagement strategies, and the use of loan origination systems to build the competence required for success in a high-volume sales environment. This role is expected to prepare for and pass the NMLS licensing exam within the first 120-days of employment, using knowledge gained through onsite training and self-study, as successful completion of the exam is required for continued employment. This position shadows licensed Account Executives to learn how to assess borrower profiles, explain loan options, and support the application process while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role assists Account Executives in managing loan pipelines and customer communications, with the goal of ensuring timely and efficient loan closings while enhancing the borrower’s experience.

Qualifications include:
