Our training programs leverage full-motion simulation technology, allowing pilots to practice real-world emergency scenarios without the limitations of in-aircraft training. This approach prepares pilots more thoroughly and safely for the unexpected. The Opportunity We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This position is structured as a salary‑based role with uncapped commission. Compensation will be determined based on various factors—including the candidate’s qualifications, education, skills, professional experience, and prevailing market conditions—and these elements will collectively influence the salary and commission offered. What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Understand clients’ training needs, aircraft types, and FAA requirements
  • Respond to inbound leads while also generating new business through outreach
  • Develop and present customized training proposals
  • Close deals and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Track sales performance, client retention, and opportunities using CRM (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure client success
  • Continuously improve based on feedback and market trends What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in aviation or aviation-related industries preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years of successful sales experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive independently What We Offer
