What You’ll Do:
As an Account Executive, you’ll manage qualified opportunities and own the entire closing pipeline: Lead qualified sales meetings scheduled by our SDR team Conduct strategic presentations tailored to compliance, risk management, and financial decision-makers Clearly demonstrate FairPath.ai’s value through focused demos and compelling ROI discussions Facilitate strategic proof-of-value engagements, clearly defining success criteria Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and smoothly transition closed deals to onboarding Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations teams to ensure client success Achieve and exceed clearly defined sales quotas with lucrative, uncapped commissions
Who You Are:
Required Qualifications:
4-10 years proven B2B sales experience (SaaS, compliance, healthcare tech strongly preferred) Experience managing complete sales pipelines (presentations, demo, negotiation, closing) Proven track record exceeding sales quotas with consultative selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, BANT, SPIN) Strong experience selling into compliance, risk management, finance, or healthcare leadership Exceptional communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills Comfortable and proficient using modern CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling to medical practices, hospitals, health systems, or healthcare executives Familiarity with healthcare compliance or revenue cycle management (RPM, CCM, RTM) Interest or experience in artificial intelligence, analytics, or machine learning tools
Compensation & Benefits:
OTE (On Target Earnings): $120,000-$260,000 annually (50/50 split base salary + commission, quotas apply)
Commission:
Uncapped earning potential based on clearly defined quotas
