We have been in business in Lee County Florida since 1968. We are looking to hire someone to help us in our accounting office. Candidate must have great attention to detail and be self motivated.

The job will consist of:

Auditing / completing / posting accounts payable & receivables Remitting backend product payments Cancelling backend product & refunds Complete reconciliation of schedules and banking Purchasing inventory into the accounting system Lien Payoffs And other various accounting duties Someone with dealership experience is preferred. We use Dealertrack DMS but any experience with any dealer based accounting software will help. We work in a fast paced environment and need someone that can keep up and is not afraid to work above and beyond to get the job done. Candidate must have experience working with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. Comfortable and laid back dress code with an office atmosphere.
