We’re now spreading the love through the country by opening our second location in Southwest Florida! We’re looking for a Home Health Salesperson to help us as we open our office on Metro Parkway. The ideal candidate will be in and out of the office, representing our brand and bringing in patients so we can provide the surrounding area with the care they deserve! This job would begin in the new year, January 2025.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and bring patients to our agency. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking to promote our services to our target demographics. Duties Educates health care professionals, patients, and families about home health and home care services. Develops and maintains relationships with key referral sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes, and physician offices to generate leads. Coordinates patient admissions with the team, including obtaining all required documentation to complete the referral and admission process Achieves admissions, product, and payor-mix goals. Meets short and long-term target account goals. Maintain customer contact documentation Responds to customer complaints in timely manner. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in home health sales is preferred Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and valid automobile insurance Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in technical sales processes, including presentations. Strong analytical skills to assess market data and customer feedback for informed decision-making.
