The Company:

Home Care in Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St Lucie County 20 years established 5 office staff Backed by a database of over 1200 HHA and CareGivers Ambitious leadership with strong financial backing (actively acquiring new counties for more Home Care business) The role: Responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and facilities Full ownership of your pipeline: intake, verification, paperwork, and referral coordination Ramp up expectations: Month 1 & 2: 2-3 client referrals Month 3: 5+ referrals/month
