Account Executive Hydroxie + Kavahh Miami, FL Account Executive – C-Stores & Smoke Shops (Hydroxie & Kavaah) Overview Hydroxie and Kavaah are rapidly growing wellness brands making waves in the beverage and herbal supplement space. We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive with a strong track record of selling into convenience stores, smoke shops, and independent retailers. If you’re someone who knows the hustle of field sales, understands buyer dynamics in the C-store channel, and thrives on building high-volume relationships—we want to talk to you. Responsibilities Drive new distribution by pitching Hydroxie and Kavaah to C-stores, smoke shops, head shops, and independent retailers. Own a geographic territory, managing and expanding retail presence through door-to-door sales and relationship building. Build retail relationships with store managers, buyers, and owners, creating strong rapport and brand loyalty. Develop and implement route planning, sales strategies, and territory growth plans. Track sell-through and reorder rates, ensuring strong in-store execution and product velocity. Collaborate with leadership on promotional programs, displays, pricing strategy, and in-store sampling. Serve as the voice of the retailer, reporting feedback to marketing and product teams to inform growth strategy. Stay informed on competitor products and market trends within the convenience and alternative retail channel. Qualifications 3+ years of field sales experience, ideally in CPG, beverage, or wellness categories. Deep familiarity with convenience stores, smoke shops, and independent retailers. Proven success opening new accounts and increasing reorder frequency. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a growing territory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Must be comfortable being on the road and conducting in-person sales visits. Knowledge of herbal supplements, functional beverages, or lifestyle wellness trends is a bonus. Why Join Us? Compensation Base Salary:
$60,000 – $75,000
Commission:
Uncapped On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000 – $300,000+
