• Fresh Cut Flowers Join the team at Sunflower Farms Distributors, a leading supplier of fresh cut flowers to wholesalers, retailers, and event planners in South Florida.

With over 40 years of industry experience, we’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to help us continue to grow and succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to expand our customer base
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless logistics and delivery
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the floral or hospitality industry
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Teams software and

Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the floral industry, including flower varieties, care, and handling
• Experience working with wholesalers, retailers, and event planners
• Bilingualism (English/Spanish)
