Account Executive:

Job Responsibilities & Descriptionfor Account Executive:
Customer Acquisition & Onboarding:
Drive growth by onboardingnew customers and managing the lead generation pipeline. Conductcold calls to generate new leads and opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and managerelationships with new and existing customers. Identifyopportunities for upselling and convert leads into long-term, loyalcustomers.
Customer-Centric Focus:
Prioritize the customer experience byunderstanding their needs and ensuring that Airblox’s solutionsevolve to meet those needs.
Sales Strategy & Quotas:
Contribute to and lead the developmentof sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas. Attend industryevents and conduct in-person meetings with customers.
Demos & Presentations:
Lead on-site or virtual productdemonstrations to showcase Airblox’s offerings andcapabilities.
CRM Management:
Track and manage all customer interactions andactivities through the Airblox CRM tool, ensuring data is properlyrecorded and organized for accurate reporting and follow-ups. JobRequirements for
Account Executive:

Account Executive:
Bachelor’s Degree:
A degree in business, marketing, or arelated field is preferred.
Sales Experience:
5+ years in a sales role, with a strong trackrecord in generating and closing opportunities.
Air Cargo Industry Experience:
Familiarity with the air cargoindustry, with a portfolio of contacts including forwarders, GSAs,and airlines, is preferred.
Negotiation Skills:
Experience in understanding client needsand managing the negotiation process.
CRM & Computer Skills:
